How do I follow my message?
You get a confirmation with a ticket number, and you can follow it from your account or the tracking page.

No, send it through the Stories & Creative Work door so it reaches the reading team.
How do I report wrongdoing without my name?
Use the confidential report. It needs no account or name, and you follow it with your report number and private code.
