What we collect

1. Account data: name, email, mobile, date of birth, nationality and city.
2. Request data by door: materials, CVs, photos, audio and video recordings, account links and figures, company details and expected salary.
3. Technical data: IP address, device type, access times and the declarations log.
4. We collect ID data only on selection or contract, and we do not collect data about minors.

Why we use it

Running your account, evaluating requests, contacting you, preparing contracts, the casting bank and talent pool with your consent, protecting Rotana Media's rights, Portal security, and anonymous statistics.

Legal basis

Your consent, carrying out what you asked for, Rotana Media's legitimate interest in protecting its rights, and legal obligations.

Who sees it

Only staff working on your door, affiliates where needed, technology providers under contract, and authorities on a lawful request. We never sell your data.

Where it is stored

Data may be stored with a cloud provider outside the Kingdom, under the rules for transferring personal data outside the Kingdom issued under the law.

How long we keep it

24 months after a request closes for materials, 24 months for the casting bank and talent pool unless you ask for earlier deletion, and as long as the law requires for contract and declaration records.

Your rights

To be informed, to access and copy your data, to correct it, to ask for its destruction when no longer needed, to withdraw consent, and to complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority. Write to info@rotanamediagroup.com; we reply within the legal period.

Security

We protect your data with encryption, door-based access controls and audit logs; no employee can see your password.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for sign-in and language, and no advertising trackers.

We publish any change to this notice with its effective date.
