Annex: AI Production Houses

1. Rights and training data

The studio confirms its models, tools and training data are lawfully licensed and its submitted work infringes no one's rights, and alone bears any related claim.

2. Pilot test

1. Any material Rotana Media provides for a pilot remains Rotana Media's property and confidential; it may not be copied, shared, used to train any model or for any other purpose, and must be deleted when the pilot ends, with written confirmation.
2. All rights in pilot outputs based on Rotana Media's material vest in Rotana Media, and pilots are unpaid unless agreed in writing beforehand.

3. Content protection

The studio keeps reasonable security controls to protect Rotana Media content and reports any leak or unauthorised access immediately.

4. Disclosure and rules

The studio discloses the use of AI in its work in line with Saudi principles and rules, including the AI Ethics Principles issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority.
