Annex: Business Opportunities
1. No obligation to negotiate
Submitting an opportunity does not commit Rotana Media to negotiate, invest, buy, partner or grant exclusivity, and Rotana Media may pursue similar opportunities with others at any time.
2. No confidentiality before an NDA
Submissions must not contain confidential information; an NDA is signed only after shortlisting and at Rotana Media's decision.
3. Procurement and offers
Offering a product or service is not vendor qualification or a purchase order; any award follows Rotana Media's approved procurement procedures.
4. Costs
The Applicant bears all costs of preparing the request, meetings and presentations.
5. Venues and studios
The venue Applicant owns or is authorised to offer the venue and the photos are current and accurate; submitting is not a booking or a commitment to rent.
6. Compliance
The Applicant complies with the law, including anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and competition laws, and Rotana Media may request what it needs to verify before any dealing.
