Annex: Talent and Creators

1. No representation or exclusivity

Submitting or being selected is not a representation, management, exclusivity or sponsorship agreement; the Applicant remains free to work with others unless a signed contract says otherwise.

2. Accurate figures and accounts

The Applicant owns or is authorised to manage the listed accounts, and follower, view and engagement figures are genuine and not bought; Rotana Media may verify them with available measurement tools.

3. Licences

The Applicant must hold any licence their activity requires, including the Mawthooq advertiser licence when advertising; Rotana Media bears no liability for violations from not holding one.

4. Songs and catalogues

1. The song holder confirms they own or control the writing, composition and master rights, that partner splits are correct and agreed, and alone bears any rights or splits dispute.
2. Rotana Media is not obliged to release or license any song, and listening to or evaluating it is not a use of it.

5. Voice, image and the casting bank

1. Voice artists and actors agree that demos and photos are kept in Rotana Media's casting bank for 24 months for casting, and may be deleted on request at any time.
2. Rotana Media does not use any voice or image in any work, advert, or AI training or cloning except under a separate written contract.

6. Agencies

The agency confirms it is authorised by every talent it lists, has their consent to share their data, and does not put forward any minor through the Portal.
