Annex: Stories and Creative Work
1. Evaluation
Requests go through screening, reading and the evaluation committee; the writer's identity may be hidden from readers, and no reader's opinion is a Rotana Media decision.
2. Co-writers
The Applicant confirms all named co-writers agreed to the submission and to these terms, and alone bears any dispute with them.
3. Adaptations and true events
Adaptations and works about real people or events must be disclosed with their rights status; Rotana Media may require proof before any progress.
4. Registration
Applicants are encouraged to register their work with the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property before submitting; not registering is not a reason for rejection.
5. Resubmission
A declined project may be resubmitted if substantially revised, quoting the earlier ticket; Rotana Media may decline any resubmission without disclosure or substantial change.
6. Selection and contract
Selection only opens development talks; no rights or fees arise without a signed written contract, and Rotana Media may request ID when preparing it.
