  1. Creating an account, submitting any request or ticking an acceptance box is express acceptance of these terms, the door's Annex and the Privacy Notice, and is a binding electronic acceptance under the Electronic Transactions Law.
  2. Rotana Media keeps a record of every acceptance, including the declaration text, terms version, date, time, IP address and device; this record and the Portal's electronic records are admissible evidence.
  3. Messages sent to the account's registered email are valid notice effective when sent.

  1. The Applicant acknowledges that Rotana Media works in media, production, music and technology, receives many ideas, proposals and requests from many sources, develops projects itself and with partners, and may already have or later receive materials similar or identical to theirs.
  2. Ideas, concepts, general formats, themes and styles not embodied in a specific work are not protected; Rotana Media producing, developing, broadcasting, licensing or contracting for a similar work or service is not in itself evidence of using the Materials and gives the Applicant no right, fee or compensation.
  3. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Applicant waives any claim based only on similarity of idea or concept; this is not a waiver of the statutory protection of the written or recorded work itself under the Copyright Law.

Article 6: No obligation and no payment

  1. Rotana Media is not obliged to review Materials in full, evaluate them in any particular way, accept, produce, buy or publish them, hire or contract with the Applicant, or pay anything.
  2. Rotana Media may decline or stop evaluating any request at any stage, for any reason or none, and need not give feedback or justification; any brief reasons it gives are for information only and are not a binding assessment.
